ΒΆ Cuilometers
A cuilometer is a device that can measure the ECF of an area precisely, measuring out a number of cuils based on how much anomaly is exposed to it. Most precise cuilometers utilize the properties of an octarine lens doped with a scintillator such as cerium, allowing it to bend light depending on the level of realtiy present, which is measured very precisely.
