Neural networking is a type of programming technique that utilizes advanced decision-making by recreating code to be similar to that of neurons, allowing programs to utilize advanced decision making and learn so that they can improve upon themselves and react to inputs unaccounted for or stimuli out of their control, often using fundamentally set standards to base simulated decisions on. It is a difficult task to utilize neural networking however, as it is an advanced type of programming which requires whole new learning courses by itself to understand. That being said, many advanced operating systems in the 33rd century use neural networking to correct errors that are gathered and interpreted on a whole scale of other users experiencing the same issues, the program learning and devising a solution to the issue to repair it with ease; this has led to programming to automatically perfect itself to have nearly no errors.
